KasoLife lets everyone make a living from their talent: Lifers (the people who post) share photos, videos and lives; their fans support them directly by subscribing, buying exclusive content or sending gifts. Everything is paid with Mobile Money, no bank card needed.
- Anyone can become a Lifer, with no application and no minimum number of subscribers.
- Prices and balances are shown in XCON, KasoLife's unit.
- Lifers receive 80% of every payment from their fans.
- KasoLife is only for people aged 18 and over.

I'm a fan: how does it work?
- 1Create your free account (username, country, phone number, password).
- 2Discover Lifers in the feed, by category or through Livestreams and Lifers.
- 3To top up, verify your identity: ProfileIdentityVerify my identity.
- 4Add your MTN MoMo or Orange Money number and top up your Wallet.
- 5Subscribe (“Subscribe” on the profile), unlock an album or a video, buy a live ticket, send a gift or request a Private Show.
- 6Find everything you've bought in My purchases (streaming playback).

Wallet, deposits and withdrawals
Payments go through Tranzak (Cameroon) or pawaPay (the other countries served), our Mobile Money payment providers — which one handles your transaction depends on your account country. You confirm every transaction on your phone: KasoLife never knows your PIN.

Money debited but not credited?
Don't panic: note the transaction reference you received by SMS and write to support. Every transaction is checked with the payment provider.

Account and login
- Forgot your password: on the login screen, tap “Forgot password?”.
- Edit your profile: ProfileIdentity (photo, banner, name, username — 5 changes max —, bio).
- Change your number, email or password: ProfileSecurity.
- Language and theme: FR/EN button in the menu, ProfileSettings for the theme and cookies.
- Delete your account: ProfileSecurityDelete my account. Withdraw your money first: any remaining balance is lost.
Security: avoid scams
- Turn on two-step verification in Profile → Security.
- Never pay outside KasoLife, even if a Lifer or an “agent” asks you to.
- The KasoLife team will never ask for your password, your SMS code or your Mobile Money PIN.
- Account hacked? Change your password, revoke any sessions you don't recognise and write to support straight away.
- Harassment, blackmail, content involving a minor: report it to support, it's handled as a priority.
